FAQs
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We will send you a 'dispatch confirmation' email as soon as your parcel has been collected. This email will also contain your FedEx tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch. To cancel your order please send an email to customercare@sleau.com.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
For customers in the UK we offer free return shipping when exchanging items. For returns and international exchanges customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, tracked means to return your order and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL TAXES OR DUTY?
Our integration with Zonos allows you to pre-pay any import taxes and duties that apply for your country.These taxes and duties are determined by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once an order has been placed you are unable to change the delivery address. We recommend that you cancel and reorder should you need to change the delivery address.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS ABLE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
FedEx will leave a card containing the shipment number and whether they will attempt to redeliver the next working day or hold it at the local depot for you.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number can be found in the subject line of both your 'Order Confirmation' and 'Shipping Confirmation' emails. If you have created an account with us, you can view your full order history in your account area.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS?
We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. Once processed will send you an email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
