EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY/
We hope that you're in love your items, but in the event that you're not we are happy to process a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to:
1. Inform us that you would like to make a return or exchange via email at customercare@sleau.com.
2. Get the items back to us in an unworn state, with tags attached and all original packaging.
Returns that do not meet the requirements of our policy will be sent back to you at your own expense.
FAQs
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY RETURN? For customers in the UK that would like an exchange we offer free return shipping. For exchanges where the customer is located outside of the UK and for returns customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, tracked means to return your order and retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO PROCESS? We aim to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them. Once processed will send you an email to confirm that we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
WILL I GET A REFUND FOR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES PAID? For international returns customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Sl'eau. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.
Please note any customs duties, taxes, or related charges applied when the returned item(s) reenter the UK will be deducted from the total refund amount. These fees are charged by UK customs and are non-refundable by Sl'eau.
